Industrial area for logistics and production directly at the Koblenz highway junction - the ideal location for your success!
The district of Mayen-Koblenz has developed an inter-municipal industrial area together with the municipalities of Bassenheim and Kobern-Gondorf, which belong to the district, and the city of Koblenz. This was carried out as part of an urban development measure (in accordance with §§ 165 ff of the German Building Code).
The exposed location directly at the Koblenz, A 61 and A 48 highway junction, the proximity to the three ports of Andernach, Bendorf and Koblenz as rapidly expanding, modern container handling locations and to the three supra-regional cargo airports (Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt and Frankfurt/Hahn) are key location factors that speak for the industrial park.

Several companies with areas of up to 20 ha have settled here. The special-purpose association intends to designate a 3rd construction phase in the next few years, where areas with a total of approx. 27 ha could then be offered again.
