MYK ON ZACK
A regional employer brand for Mayen-Koblenz
The shortage of trainees and young skilled workers is constantly increasing. Competition for this rare target group is increasing. But the district of Mayen-Koblenz is fundamentally in a positive situation. As the Youth Monitor 2022 research project has shown, over 70% of the young people surveyed from the Mayen-Koblenz district like living in the region. At the same time, however, they are very open to leaving the district of Mayen-Koblenz.
As the WFG's experience shows, and as studies across Germany confirm, young people are often unaware of the companies with career opportunities in their home region. This is where the regional employer brand MYK AUF ZACK of the WFG is intended to address this. Based on the results of the Youth Monitorwhich asked young people directly about their career aspirations, the WFG has launched MYK AUF ZACK.
